South by Southwest (SXSW), known for its music, film and interactive festival, will be hosting its fourth annual sustainability conference, SXSW Eco, from 6-8 October in Austin, Texas. Following on from the mega-successful SXSW format, SXSW Eco will feature speakers, workshops, pitch competition and various networking events that dive into topics such as urban development, climate change, the green economy, food security and crowdfunding for impact.
