One out of every three women faces violence behind closed doors. In 2008, Bell Bajao (Ring the Bell) became a nationwide movement in India. Bell Bajao is a national Indian campaign that aims to bring attention to the growing incidences of domestic violence faced by women in India.

So whether it’s ringing a door bell to stop a crime, or speaking out, make sure you’re doing your part to ensure women in your communities are living free of violence.
