Bangladesh NGOs Network for Radio and Communication (BNNRC) is a national networking body on alternative mass media working for building a democratic society based on the principles of free flow of information, equitable and affordable access to Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) and Right to Communication of remote and marginalized population.
BNNRC's outreach extends to local, national and international forums. Communication is recognized as an essential human need and, therefore, as a basic human right. In this backdrop, BNNRC's working strategies are:

3. Civil Rights in Communication 4. Cultural Rights in Communication
Approval of BNNRC´s 12 community radio licenses in Bangladesh were acknowledged by the World Association of Community Radio Broadcasters (AMARC) and it was appreciated as one of the biggest achievements in the south of Asia.

BNNRC does like to see the rural people has the easy, quick and low cost access to global communication so that they are enrich and updated by knowledge.
In view of the value “Communication is not a privilege it has become a basic human rights”, the BNNRC trust will organize strategically important activities, studies, advocacy so that the population of the rural areas will have easy, manageable and low cost communication facilities
