RESET for WED Campaign – Results and Future Steps

World Environment Day celebrates positive environmental action that involves everyone, everywhere. We were thrilled with how well this was reflected in the RESET for World Environment Day campaign. Participants were able to highlight the agency we all possess in addressing the environmental issues that concern us all.

World Environment Day celebrates positive environmental action that involves everyone, everywhere. We were thrilled with how well this was reflected in the RESET for World Environment Day campaign. Participants were able to highlight the agency we all possess in addressing the environmental issues that concern us all.

We were very excited about the response to our call to action with 36 people from places such as Cameroon, Portugal, Germany, USA, Australia and India submitting a creative, concerned and committed picture! You can see all the submissions here.

The winners of our contest for the most ‘likes’ and ‘shares’ are:

For the numerous concerned about our plastic consumption,  have a look at how to avoid bottled water.

Concerned about waste segregation and management – composting can help manage organic waste in an eco-friendly, easy way, here’s how.

For those concerned with the overarching concern of our changing climate, here are a dozen simple ways you can reduce your impact on the environment.

We will be looking at more ways we can specifically address issues such as waste management and plastic bottle consumption in the coming months so stay tuned for details.
