You know that feeling when you hear about an interesting conference or event taking place and your mind starts racing as you try to conjure up all the ways you want to get involved before your palpable enthusiasm fades to disappointment when you realise said event is taking place halfway across the globe?

Yeah, we do too. Which is why the World Congress on Sustainable Technologies, taking place in London from 19-22 November, particularly caught our eye, not just for it’s subject matter but for the fact that everyone from every corner of the world can contribute by submitting a relevant paper. The team behind the four day event is currently calling for submissions regarding it’s key topics, including:

  • Sustainable Energy Technologies;
  • Renewable Energy Management, Economics and Environmental Impact;
  • Education;
  • Green computing;
  • Sustainable building design;
  • Sustainability and policy; and
  • Waste management.

All accepted papers will form part of the events and proceedings and a select few will be published in peer-reviewed journals. Entries should be no longer than six pages in length and the deadline for final submissions is Friday 31 August. Check here for all the relevant details.
